ABOUT THE PRESIDENT

Resolution & Strategies Group, LLC was founded in 2018 by its President Andrew Lassalle. Andrew has over 10 years' experience in the areas of intergovernmental relations, structural management and administration, governmental budgetary policies and practices, and community based non-profit organization training, development, and leadership.
As the former Executive Director of the newly established Alliance for Urban Initiatives (AUI) he created and provided overall direction to the Equal Opportunity in Construction Initiative which, through a variety of methods, such as forums and trainings, seeks to increase the number of Blacks and Latinos employed within the NYC construction industry. In addition, AUI also serves as a co-sponsor, with GMHC, to the Black and Latino Institute for Leadership Training (BLIT).
Prior to this, Andrew served as the District Manager of NYC Manhattan Community Board 10, where he was employed for 6 years. Andrew also worked with NYS legislators Senator Brian Benjamin and Assembly Member Robert Rodriguez and served as a minority adviser at the World Financial Group (WFG).
Andrew also serves as a consultant and/or leader to several non-profit organizations, providing strategic leadership and organizational training and development such as the NYC Black & Latino LGBTQ Coalition, the Sports Foundation, Silent Procession New York City for Puerto Rico, and the Young Latinos Leadership Initiative.
Mr. Lassalle established and maintained strong communication / relationships with many members of the New York legislative delegations and their staff such as Congressmen, State Senators & Assembly members, Councilmembers, Borough Presidents, Community Board District Managers and over fifty (50) governmental agencies.
