Andrew Lassalle is a New York City–based community development and engagement professional with over 15 years of experience in public service, civic engagement, and workforce equity. Raised in NYCHA’s Senator Robert F. Wagner Houses, he has built his career around expanding opportunity and strengthening communities.

He is the President of Resolution & Strategies Group, established in 2018, where he leads efforts in stakeholder engagement, intergovernmental relations, structural management, governmental budgetary policy, and nonprofit training and development.

​

At age 24, Andrew became one of the youngest District Managers in New York City history, serving Manhattan Community Board 10 in Central Harlem. In that role, he worked closely with elected officials, city agencies, and local stakeholders to address community needs and improve quality of life.

Andrew works closely with nonprofit organizations to enhance institutional capacity, offering high-level oversight of administrative functions while delivering tailored operational support. Through this approach, he helps organizations optimize internal structures, strengthen governance practices, and operate more effectively at scale.

Andrew has led several initiatives focused on economic opportunity, including serving as Executive Director of Equal Opportunity in Construction, where he worked to break down barriers to entry in the construction industry for young Black and Latino men and women. He leads the Rebuild Together Initiative, a grassroots platform that brings together residents, industry leaders, and policymakers to advance equitable community development and long-term economic growth.

Andrew has deep expertise in complex NYCHA-funded developments, including RAD/PACT and Comprehensive Modernization. He currently plays a key role across three of the four active Comprehensive Modernization projects —demonstrating a high level of trust and leadership in some of the City’s most significant public housing investments.
